Jay Dinowitz He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 1980 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his law degree from Duke University in 1983. Mr. Dinowitz, who specializes in Taxation, has lectured on Income Tax and Financial Accounting at Baruch College. He has published articles on Federal and New York State Taxation in The Journal of the New York State Bar Association and The Printing News.

Frank Bove He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 1989 from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York. He is a CPA, Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor, has his series 7 license and is a licensed Life and Health insurance broker in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Bove heads up the Auditing and Accounting department in addition to designing business plans for small, medium and large organizations which includes, operation efficiency and tax planning.
