Frank A. Bove

Frank Bove is the partner in charge of the auditing and financial services departments at Dinowitz & Bove. Frank has over 35 years of experience in financial statement auditing and tax preparation. He has also contributed to business plan designs for all size businesses with special attention paid to operations and tax efficiency.

Frank has experience in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Apparel, Service Providers, Technology and the Not for Profit Sectors. Frank’s commitment to his clients has repeatedly been the source of growth in the firm’s client base.

Mr. Bove is a Licensed CPA and worked for a major accounting firm before co-founding Dinowitz and Bove in 1995. He earned his degree in Accounting in 1989 from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York.

Jay M. Dinowitz

Jay Dinowitz, CPA earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1980 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his law degree from Duke University in 1983. Mr. Dinowitz, who specializes in Taxation, spent 7 years in the Corporate Tax Department of Richard A. Eisner & Company LLP, and has lectured on Income Tax and Financial Accounting at Baruch College. He has published articles on Federal and New York State Taxation in The Journal of the New York State Bar Association and The Printing News.

Alex P. Lai

Alex P, Lai is a CPA with over 15 years experience in accounting. Alex specializes in non-for-profit organizations and also provides businesses and individuals with accounting, tax and advisory services. Alex is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). He earned his degree in Accounting in 1998 from Baruch College, New York, New York. and is a Manager of the auditing and financial services departments of Dinowitz & Bove, CPA, PC.
