Steve Sahni, a Certified Public Accountant, has over 35 years of varied experience as a Public Accountant, Tax Practitioner, Finance manager and a financial consultant with repeated success in diverse industries. A solid track record in International and US Taxation, financial management, increasing profits/reducing costs, human resource management, system design and team building.

Steve’s comprehensive strategic tax planning experience includes partnerships, S corporations, closely held entities and individuals. In addition, he has served multinational companies focusing on technology, as well as manufacturing & distribution sectors. His expertise includes compliance, consulting and tax guidance. Steve also has significant experience advising entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals on tax strategies to assist in minimizing tax exposure. He has extensive experience in dealing with US tax exposure for Overseas entities operating in the US and US taxpayers living overseas.

Mr. Sahni is a licensed CPA and possesses a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers University. Prior to coming to the US he was a licensed Chartered Accountant from India.
